My name is Connie Postma and I have taught 1st and 2nd grade at the Josiah Quincy School for over 10 years. I was born and raised in a small town in Montana and moved to Boston to attend college. I currently live in Chinatown with my husband Richard, who is also a Boston Public School teacher and my 14 year old daughter, Olivia. I received my Bachelors from Lesley University and my Masters in Applied Linguistics at UMASS Boston. I lead Girl Scouts at JQS and love working with and learning from all the children I work with. In my free time I enjoy reading, camping, visiting museums and traveling.
